Refund Policy

Daycare Classes

Daycare class enrollment must be canceled prior to the last day of the month.

Leagues

League refunds must be requested prior to the registration deadline and will be assessed an administration fee.  Rosters and schedules are built and late registrations are accepted or turned away based on league registrations on the deadline.

Parties

Due to party demand, a two week notice is required to cancel and receive a full refund.

Field and Classroom Rentals

Only in the event of weather will a field or classroom rental receive a full refund or reschedule without a 24 hours in advance of cancellation.  A card is required to secure a reservation.  No shows will be charged for their time.
