Daycare Classes
A 30-day written notice is required when cancelling the HappyFeet daycare classes. An email can be sent to info@sportsfirstmidwest.com
League
Refunds will not be processed after the Registration Deadline.
Refunds requested prior to the registration deadline will have an administrative fee assessed.
Rosters and schedules are built based on the number of registrations in each age group at each location. This number is collected the day after registration closes. Late Registrations are permitted based on these numbers, staff and coaches are scheduled based on these numbers.
Parties
A 2 week notice is required in order to cancel a party. If cancelling due to illness, a doctor's note is required in order to reschedule.
Refunds are only offered for parties canceled 2 weeks in advance.
