We will use our time to fine tune the skills needed to help your athlete progress to their most elite level of play.
This type of training session will be geared toward the high school soccer athlete. During this class, athletes will partake in multiple position specific drills and train, while also fine tuning overall soccer skills to help them compete at their own highest level. Mechanics worked on in this class will be ball control, passing, finishing, and defensive positioning.
This is a foundational training session that will focus on a broad spectrum of soccer mechanics that are critical to the game. The training session will use drills and small sided games to help your young athlete prepare for a higher level of play with a better understanding of the game.
This is a training session for high school level athletes to fine tune all around skills to take to the football field. We will work on explosiveness and change of direction, along with power, and work through game-like situations to prepare your athlete to compete at their highest level.

This is a quarterback and wide receiver specific training session. We will lay a foundation of critical skill sets and also fine tune them to stand out on game day. Quarterback will work drop backs, throwing, pocket passing, reading the field, and much more. Receivers will be working releases against press and zone coverage, route timing, hand-eye coordination, and also much more.

Coach Brayton Tuma joins as the Director of Speed and Agility in its opening season. Originally from Tennant, Iowa, Brayton started his playing career at AHSTW High School. He continued his education and athletic play at Iowa Western Community College and Midland University. After 3 years of college football, Brayton decided to step away from the game and follow his passion of coaching. He began his coaching career in Avoca, Iowa, coaching youth soccer and football. Eventually moving to a more competitive field, Brayton assisted in training and coaching with the 9u and 11u boys soccer team in the CBSC competitive league. After his coaching opportunity, Brayton earned his Personal Training, Certified Nutritionist, and Bodybuilding/Physique Coaching certifications. All of which he has used to advance his knowledge of training athletes to reach their peak performance.
